1. Introduction

Lakshya One (lakshyaone.com) is a school discovery and management platform that connects parents with schools and helps schools manage their online presence. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to everyone who uses the platform — parents, school administrators, and general visitors. By accessing or using Lakshya One, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Lakshya One is intended for use by parents/guardians searching for schools, authorized school representatives managing a school's listing, and general visitors browsing school information. You must provide accurate information and use the platform in a lawful manner.

3. Account Registration

When you register as a Parent or School Admin, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete information.
• Keeping your login credentials confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account, including information submitted through a School Admin account.

4. Platform Usage Rules

You agree not to misuse the platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Scraping, crawling, or bulk-extracting platform data.
• Submitting fake inquiries or spam to schools.
• Uploading false, misleading, or defamatory school information.
• Attempting to bypass platform security or access controls.

5. School Listing Data

In our initial Phase 1 launch, some school listings on Lakshya One are compiled from publicly available information, including school websites, other third-party websites and directories, and publicly accessible information available via Google. This data has not been officially submitted by the school unless the school has registered on the platform and claimed or confirmed its listing.

6. Inquiries & Communication

Lakshya One facilitates communication between parents and schools through its inquiry system. We are not a party to any admission decision, agreement, or transaction between a parent and a school, and we do not guarantee admission, response times, or outcomes of any inquiry.

7. Intellectual Property

The Lakshya One name, logo, design, and platform content (excluding individual school-submitted data) are the property of Lakshya One. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute platform content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lakshya One is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any school information listed on the platform, and we are not liable for any decisions made, or losses incurred, based on information found on Lakshya One.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, submits fraudulent information, or misuses the platform, without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform or its users.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Lakshya One shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
